Now that Apple has "Mac OS X on Intel" running. And now that most developers have set the decision to move to Xcode. Would Apple have any "Cocoa for Windows" in its plan?

A few years ago, Apple scrapped the "Yellow Box for Windows (or Intel)" claiming, they can't find business model for that.

But now I think Apple can provide it as a free cross platform development kit for both Mac OS X and Windows.

If the developers and users see, the apps running in better look and performance on Mac OS X, it would reinforce people to switch...
